| Abstract: | With the multipolarization of international society and the increasingly enhanced contacts among different countries, there is a tendency towands much assimilation in the public and private law. Within the public law, the criminal law, which closely relates to the protection of human rights, also shows a tendency towands assimilation, as the protection of human rights is strengthened. |
