摘    要:橡胶悬挂是排气系统与车身振动能量传递的主要途径,悬挂点的合理布置可以有效降低振动及能量的传递.文章从振动传递的角度,使用平均驱动自由度位移方法,通过模态分析来确定排气系统悬挂的初步布置;再通过静、动力学分析及频率响应分析,验证悬挂布置的合理性.

Abstract:Vehicle exhaust system rubber hangers are the main ways to transfer the vibration energy to the vehicle body,and reasonable hanger locations can effectively decrease the transfer of the vibrations and energy.Based on load transfer,the average driving DOF displacement(ADDOFD)is applied to modal analysis,and the hanger locations are determined. The static and dynamic analysis and the frequency response analysis are made to verify the layout reasonableness.
