我国高等师范院校高水平田径运动员竞技能力特点的研究

采用自编《我国高校高水平运动员竞技能力量表》对参加第六届全国高等师范院校田径运动会的203位高水平田径运动员进行调查.研究发现:不同性别、不同运动等级、不同年龄段、不同训练年限的高等师范院校高水平田径运动员在专项掌握能力、个性发展能力、保持训练能力、比赛应变能力、心理调控能力方面存在显著性差异,而在运动提高能力和外界正支持力上则不存在显著性差异.

Competitiveness of high level track-and-field athletes in Chinese normal universities

Two hundred and three high-level athletes attending the Sixth National Track and Field Sports Meet for Normal Universities were interviewed on self-compiled questionnaire “competitive ability scale of high level athletes in universities and colleges in China”.It was found that there were marked differences among high-level athletes from normal universities in regard to gender,sports level,age,number of years in training, especially in professional competence,personality development capacity,ability to maintain training and handle emergencies in competitions,psychological control capacity.No significant difference was found,however,in the ability to improve exercise performance and external positive support.
