China is the biggest producer of aquatic products all over the world,and it has taken the first plale in the output of aquatic products in the world for 12 years on end.However,in recent years,the export of our aquatic products has been frequently accused by USA and other countries for dumping.This paper starts from this point and analyses its background,finds out the reason why our exports of aquatic products are frequently accused by foreign countries for dumping,and attempts to come up with countermeasures on how to respond to antidumping barriers in order to find a sustainable developing way for our country's export.
