摘    要:超宽带雷达以其高距离分辨率、强抗干扰性、反隐身等优良特性受到各国日益广泛的关注.本文简要介绍了超宽带雷达的特点,阐述了光导开关在超宽带雷达中的应用以及国内外研究现状,并探讨了其应用前景.

Abstract:Ultra-wideband radar,well known for its high range resolution,robust jamming immunity and counter-stealth,is paid more attention by the governments of the various states.The characteristics of ultra-wideband radar have been introduced briefly,and the state-of-the-art of the applications of photoconductive semiconductor switches in ultra-wideband radar is described.Furthermore,the applications of photoconductive semiconductor switches in ultra-wideband radar have been discussed.
