亚共析钢羽毛状奥氏体观察与分析

摘    要:使三种低碳(合金)钢获得W,以W为原始组织,分别慢速、中速加热到二相区淬火。组织观察发现,除形成球状A、针状A外,还形成羽毛状A。羽毛状A可在原始组织中条状α之间、块状α之间或条状α/块状α之间界面处形核;既可一侧以羽毛状长大,另一侧以球状长大,也可能两侧均以羽毛状长大。

Abstract:This paper makes three kinds of low carbon( alloy ) steel to get widmanstatten pattern and differentiate slow speed and middling speed with widmanstatten pattern as original microstructure, heated to double phases and quench. By observing microstructures , we find they may form spheroidal A,acicular A and feathery A . Feathery A may appear in original microstructures between plate or block or shape nucleus between plate and block ; it may grow up with feathery form in one side, another side with spheroidal form, also possiblly grow up with feathery form in both sides.
