摘    要:中石化齐鲁分公司第二化肥厂为了解决水煤浆气化炉烧嘴使用寿命过短的问题,提出合理选择并稳定煤源、优化工艺条件以及对喷嘴结构的改进,主要包括对喷嘴流场的优化设计、喷嘴结构的改进、材料的优化选择和提高组装精度等一系列改进方案。由此研制成功了具有更长使用寿命的新型烧嘴,并突破连续稳定运行103 d。期间分别对新型烧嘴负荷特性、平均产气量及有效气体含量和不同时期有效气体含量进行监测,通过数据显示,新型烧嘴负荷稳定,有效含气量高而且稳定。

Abstract:Sinopec Qilu Branch of the second chemical fertilizer plant in order to solve the problem of short service life of Coal-water-slurry Gasifier Burner, a series of solutions were put forward, such as choice the source of coal reasonable, optimization of process conditions, and improve design structure, Mainly include the optimization design of Flow field , the improvement of jet-nozzle structure, optimization of material selection and improve the assembly precision. Thus, a new kind of burner with longer service life was developed, and make a great breakthrough of running for 103 days without stop. Carry out the monitoring during the period of test with the Load characteristics of jet-nozzle, The average gas production and effective gas content, and Effective gas content in different periods, through data, the load characteristics of the new jet-nozzle is stable, the content of effective is not only high,but also stable.
