摘    要:为准确合理地对中小学校舍建筑做出抗震性能评估,对震前维修加固决策做出有效建议,提出一种基于全寿命的抗震性能评估方式,将建筑物的抗震性能指标表示为震后失效损失与全寿命费用的函数关系,并借鉴社会可接受风险的研究,将中小学校舍的抗震能力划分为4个等级. 采用此方法对2类常见中小学校舍的建筑抗震性能进行分析. 结果表明,此方法可全面合理地进行建筑的抗震性能评估.

Abstract:To assess seismic performance of primary and secondary school buildings reasonably and make decision on maintenance and reinforcement effectively, a seismic performance assessment method based on the life-cycle cost was proposed. The building seismic performance index is expressed as the function of the expected loss after-earthquake and the total cost. With references of the society acceptable risk research results, the seismic capacity of buildings is defined as 4 ranks. Two types of primary and secondary buildings were selected to assess the seismic performance of buildings based on the above method. Results show that the method proposed is applicable to evaluate the seismic performance of primary and secondary schools buildings.
