摘    要:为在载货汽车安全状态监测中获取真实稳定的载荷状态信息,对基于位移传感器的车辆载荷状态动态检测装置实时采集到的电压信号进行了处理. 根据载货汽车动态载荷信号的特点,以经验模态分解(EMD)算法为基础,去除传感器信号中的低频动态载荷,从而获得稳态的车辆载荷信息. 基于LabVIEW软件的编程功能,实现了对载货汽车动态载荷信息的处理及结果显示. 通过不同载重量、速度、路面环境条件的实车道路试验的验证,系统测量结果误差小于5%,满足实时监测车辆载荷状态的要求.

Abstract:To get stable vehicle load status information in the vehicle safety monitoring, the voltage signal was processed which is collected by real-time dynamic detection device for vehicle load status base on displacement sensors. According to the characteristics of dynamic load signal, dynamic loads of low frequency in sensor signal was removed by means of empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm, so as to obtain steady vehicles load status information. The processing of cargo vehicle dynamic load information and the result-showing was realized based on the function of LabVIEW software programming. The real vehicle test validation with various load, speed, road environment conditions demonstrate that the measurement error of this system is less than 5%, which meets the requirement of real-time monitoring of vehicle load status.
