| 摘 要： | 论证了交通系统和谐度与安全的关系,提出了交通安全和谐度的4个层次以及和谐度评价指标体系. 从和谐的视角,通过建立单因素方程和多因素和谐度方程,以定性和定量相结合的方法进行交通安全评价. 通过和谐的视角进行交通安全的分析与评价,该评价既包括宏观层面也包括微观层面,既包括物质层面也包括精神层面,从而能够有的放矢地进行交通安全的分析和改进.

| Abstract: | The relationship of harmony degree and the traffic safety was discussed, then four harmony degree levels and the evaluation index system were established in order to analyze the traffic safety. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, we introduced harmony degree equation involving both single factor and multiple factors to evaluate the traffic safety. In the view of harmony, the traffic safety can be improved by integrating micro level with macro level, also combining material level and spiritual level, so that the traffic safety evaluation work can proceed purposefully. |
