低碳运输的智能交通技术体系构建

摘    要:为实现交通运输领域的节能减碳目标,提出我国交通行业低碳运输的智能交通技术体系. 在分析低碳运输智能交通系统需求的基础上阐明了体系构建原则,详细论述了实现低碳运输的关键智能交通技术,并给出了自下而上的数据采集、信息资源规划、交通云计算、辅助决策和行为干预等关键技术的体系框架. 研究成果为交通运输领域的节能减碳提供了有效的技术途径.

Abstract:To meet the goal of energy-saving and carbon emission reduction in transport, an intelligent transportation technology system for Chinese low carbon transport is proposed, and principles for framework design are presented based on analysis of system demand of low carbon intelligent transportation. The paper systematically introduced the technologies such as data collection technology, information resource planning technology, transportation cloud computing technology, decision making support and behavioral techniques etc, which are critical to low carbon transport. This research provides an effective technical approach to energy-saving and carbon emission reduction.
