医用无纺布及卫生巾产品可生物降解性实验研究

摘    要:通过对一次性医用无纺布及卫生巾类产品废弃物的污染调查 ,得知每年此类固体垃圾产生量 90万吨 ,并以露天堆放处置为主。通过对此类产品可生物降解性分析试验研究发现 ,此类产品使用过后 ,用土壤填埋的处理方法 ,其可降解性最大 ,平均达到 35 % ;而组成卫生巾类的主要成份棉纤维 ,粘胶纤维 ,涤纶纤维和丙纶纤维在相同条件下 ,可生物降解性依次为 :棉纤维 >粘胶纤维 >涤纶纤维 >丙纶纤维。同时指出 ,作为当前环保型一次性医用手术包及卫生巾材料应优先选择天然纤维材料 ,而处置此类固体废弃物的方式应该进一步改进。

Abstract:The paper through polluting the investigate of the rejectamenta about one off dispend unweave clothes and the products for sanitary napkins , have been transpired the same kind of solid waste to produce 90 billions tons every year, and they primarily treated was pile up the open air . Whatover, biodegradability testing research from the same kind of products, which discovered ones was used should be buried in soil, degradability was up to the best. Sanitary napkins were mainly composed of cottony fibre, mucilage fibre, terylene fibre and polypropylene fibre, At the same conditions, biodegradability priority was :cottony fibre >mucilage fibre>terylene fibre>polypropylene fibre, and what's more, we pointed out environment protect materials, which one off dispend surgical package and sanitary napkins prefer natural faric. The ways and means which treated the same kind of soil waste should be improved more on.
