| 摘 要： | 对抗风湿口服液中的人参皂甙、补骨脂素等有效成分进行ＴＬＣ鉴别研究，并应用单波长薄层荧光扫描法对补骨脂素进行了定量测定。结果表明，此法操作简单，重现性好，回收率达１００．３％。

| Abstract: | A method for identification study of the effective components, gensenoside,psoralen and so on, in kangfengshi oral liquid by TLC is described. Besides the single-wave length TLC fluorescence scanning is used to quantitative determination of psoralen. The results showed that the method is simple, the reproducibility is good.The recovery is 100.3% . |
