| 摘 要： | 高等学校校办产业应当实行规范化管理.校办产业组织形式和结构必须适应高等教育机制的改革及市场经济发展的需要.要管理好校办产业必须建立一个有权威的领导机构——校产董事会.对校办产业管理的硬件建设也应补充和完善.

| Abstract: | The artical put forward the standardization of the school-owned industry, which undoubtedly adapted to the need of the systematic reforms of higher learning institu- tions and economic development in its form or structure of the school-owned industry organizations.An authoritative administritive organization,the board of directors for school property,should be established to manage the school-owned industry.The article also put forward unique proposals for the hardware construction of the school-owned industry man- agement. |
