| Abstract: | Using the data collected from a large sample, this study investigates the relationship between support factors and the sense of well-being of the elderly people in contemporary China. The analytical model includes state as well as family support factors to identify and compare the respective impact of different types of factors on the lives of rural and urban elderly. |
