主成分分析和聚类分析在小麦遗传距离上的综合应用

摘    要:小麦不同品种遗传距离是确认遗传材料之间的亲疏程度的依据,不同品种间遗传距离的远近在育种工作中有广泛的应用。采用多元统计方法和计算机技术来研究小麦品种间的遗传距离得到的数据证明:(1)主成分分析和聚类分析均可用来研究品种间的亲疏关系;(2)两种分析方法所得的结果相近;(3)研究的小麦品种为黑西哥生态型和中国生态型两大生态型。

Abstract:The genetical space of various kinds of wheat in the key to distinguish the relationship between the different kinds of wheat. The genetical space of various kinds of wheat finds extensive use in the breeding.The analysis way of this experiment is using poly-statistics and computer technology to research the genetical space between the different kinds of wheat. The date have proved that: 1. both the main element analysis and inheritance analysis can be used to research the relationship between the different kinds of wheat. 2, the result of using the two ways is in nearly the same. 3. and the researching variety of wheat can be divided into two ecotypes-china ecotype and mexico ecotype.
