| 摘 要： | 提出由3个一级指标,6个二级指标,22个测评点构成的大学生创业政策评价体系,并运用层次分析法,处理指标数据,对区域大学生创业政策措施的实施效果进行评价,以解决目前大学生创业政策效果缺乏评价标准的问题,促进公共政策更为有效地引导大学生创业。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a student venture policy evaluation system comprising three first level indicators,six second level indicators and 23 evaluation items.AHP method is applied to process the data to evaluate the effect of local policies in promoting college student entrepreneurship so as to find solution to the current lack of evaluation criteria for student venture. |
