厦门市投资与经营环境的实证研究

通过问卷调查,分析厦门市当前自然环境、社会环境、经济环境、行政环境、公共服务环境、基础设施环境和产业经营环境对企业在厦投资与经营的吸引力。受访者对基础设施条件、公共服务环境、社会环境和自然环境的满意度较高,但对产业经营环境、行政环境和经济环境的满意度较低。建议政府在改变行政观念和作风,提高办事效率的同时,应重视人力资源的开发储备,产业集聚与产业供应链的培育,以及城市国际化程度的提高。

A Survey on the Investment and Business Environment of Xiamen

A survey studies the attraction of the natural environment,social environment,economy,administration,public services,infrastructure and industrial operation of Xiamen to business investing and operating there.The results show that infrastructure,public services,social and natural environment maintain a high level of satisfaction while the business environment,administration and economy are lower.The research suggests improvement on preparation of professionals,industrial clusters and supply chain,and urban globalization.
