| 摘 要： | 以辽优3225及其亲本为试材，对灌浆期剑叶生理特性和经济性状进行了研究．结果表明：辽优3225剑叶叶绿素含量高于母本，与父本相近；辽优3225的过氧化物酶活性高于父本，略低于母本；灌浆前期辽优3225叶片果糖1，6-二磷酸酯酶（FBPase）活性高于父母本；灌浆前期硝酸还原酶活性较高，后期迅速降低．辽优3225产量优势明显，平均优势为18．5％，从产量结构看每穗成粒数是主要原因，平均优势为9．8％． |

| Abstract: | The physiological characters of flag leaves and economic characters of hybrid rice Liaoyou 3225 and its parents were studied during the grain filling,the results show:chlorophyll content of Liaoyou 3225 was higher than female parent but similar with male parent;POD activity of Liaoyou 3225 was higher than male parent but lower than female parent;During early filling stage,FBPase activity of Liaoyou 3225 was higher than parents;NR activity was higher in early stage and then lower.The heterosis of Liaoyou 3225 was evident,with dominants 18.5%,while from the aspect of yield components,the increase of seeds per panicle contributed the most,with average dominants 9.8%. |
