不同浓度锌对西葫芦幼苗生长及其同工酶的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度锌处理对西葫芦幼苗生长及其同工酶的影响,结果表明:缺锌与多锌症状在叶片上表现明显。锌浓度与地上、地下部的鲜重呈大致正相关,锌浓度的增加对地上部的影响较地下部的大;幼苗地上部干重与锌浓度呈明显正相关,而地下部干重随锌浓度的提高增加幅度较小,锌浓度过高干重反而下降;锌浓度对幼苗根系和茎节间的伸长生长有明显的影响。锌浓度对POD同工酶的基因表达有一定的影响。

Abstract:The article deals with the effect of different Zinc concentration on the growth and isozyme in Pumpkin seedlings The results indicates:The symptoms of Zinc deficiency and excessiveness expresses evidently on the leaves An approximate positive relation between Zinc concentration and shoot and root fresh weight was observed in Pumpkin seedlings The increase of Zinc concentration has a greater effect on shoot than root There was a significant positive relation between Zinc concentration and shoot dry weight in Pumpkin seedlings The increasing extent of root dry weight was low as the increase of Zinc concentration However,excessive Zinc concentration had a significant effect on root system and stem internode elongation in Pumpkin seedlings Zinc concentration had effects on the gene expression of POD isozyme
