中国甘草属植物种子与幼苗的氨基酸含量分析

摘    要:对中国产甘草属13种1变种的种子与幼苗进行氨基酸含量分析,发现与李学禹发表的甘草属新分类系统基本一致,种G.uralensis与念珠状荚果系的种之间存在着较近的亲缘关系,当种子萌发时,天冬氨酸(包括天冬酰胺)在氨基酸转运方面起着重要的作用。

Abstract:The analyses of amino acid content of seed and seedling in 13 species and 1 variety to China genus is Glycyrrhizais approximately consistent with the analysis result classified by Li Xueyu. there exists closer relationship between G.uralensis and species of Ser.Monilileguminaris;aspartate(including asparagine) plays an important role in transiting amino acid when seeds germinate.
