| 摘 要： | 下厂实习是职业技术教育实现对学生综合职业能力培养的重要途径。下厂实习质量直接影响着职业技术教育目标的实现程度。只有当下厂实习处于其应有的地位且各构成要素密切合作时，它的整体功能才能得到充分发挥。
