| 摘 要： | 本文对单相交流电机的起动过程进行了试验研究,探索了起动电流的变化规律,提出了一种用测试绕组电流法替代传统的检测起动性能的新方法,并以保定砂轮机厂生产的砂轮机为对象,设计了砂轮机起动性能在线非接触自动测试、自动记录的微机在线检测系统。

| Abstract: | Experiment research on starting process of single - phase motor is studied,regularity of starting current is discussed, a new method of testing start quality used checking winding current is given in this paper. Trandition methods can be replaced by the new method. On the basis of bench grinder made in "Bao Ding Bench Grinder Factory" microprocessor system for testing start quality on line with autochecking and autoprinting is designed |
