| 摘 要： | 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定养殖场沼液中的重金属元素,将所得结果用SPSS软件进行统计分析.结果表明,猪沼液中Mn、Cu、Pb、Cd含量显著低于牛沼液(P0.01),As、Hg、Cr含量则显著高于牛沼液(P0.05,P0.01).猪沼液中Hg、Cr、As含量显著高于国家灌溉标准(P0.01),牛沼液中Hg含量显著高于标准(P0.01).所有指标均显著低于污水综合排放标准(P0.05,P0.01).结论:猪沼液和牛沼液中重金属含量不同,但是所有指标均符合污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996).

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the biogas slurry＇s composition of farms, this paper determines the heavy mineral elements by ICP-OES. SPSS is used to analyse the results which show the contents of Mn, Cu, Pb, Cd of the biogas slurry in pig farm are significantly lower than those of cattle farm （P〈0.01）. But the level of As, Hg, Cr is higher than that of cattle farm （P〈0.05 , P〈0.01）. The contents of Hg, Cr, As of the biogas slurry in pig thrm are higher than the national standard tbr irrigation （P〈0.01） And the level of Hg in cattle farm is higher than the standard （P〈0.01）. All indicators are significantly lower than the integrated wastewater discharge standard （P〈0.05 , P〈0.01）. The contents of heavy mineral elements are different in biogas slurry on pig farm and cattle farm. But all indicators are in accordance with the integrated wastewater discharge standard（GB8978-1996）. |
