基于双边滤波与自适应灰度的钢筋图像预处理

摘    要:提出双边滤波结合自适应直方图均衡化方法在钢筋检测中的工业应用。双边滤波采用传统高斯滤波方法与图像亮度信息相结合,达到平滑滤除高频噪声,并有效保持图像边缘信息;自适应直方图均衡化改进了常规均衡化方法,对图像亮度信息的缺失进行自适应补偿,有效提高图像对比度。在焊网机器人钢筋检测预处理中进行应用,结果证明有效提高钢筋检测的准确率。

Abstract:This paper proposes a scheme for steel detection based on a combination of bilateral filtering and adaptive histogram equalization.Bilateral filtering improves Gaussian filter by adding the information of nearby pixel intensity.It smoothes images while preserving edges.Adaptive histogram equalization develops the conventional histogram equalization (HE) to get contrast enhancement while compensating the image for brightness loss.This scheme was applied to steel detection of steel welding robot,which proved that it made steel detection more efficient.
