| Abstract: | After deliberation on the theories of "continental drift-plate tectonics" which are partly inconsistent, the paper puts upa theory "the nonspherically symmetrical dilation of the Earth "Based on" the age distribution characteristics of the PacificOcean floor", "the clockwise deviation of the tectonic force for both the Pacific and the Indian Ocean" and "the noneqal-ibrium movement of the magnetic pole during the time from the Silurian Period to the Permian Period" and other observa-tion resouces the theory shows and entirely new perspective in the evolution of the Earth. |
