| 摘 要： | 自2007年6月1日起施行的新的《企业破产法》,是我国经济体制改革进程中的一部标志性法律,其在理念与制度方面有许多创新和突破,对法律适用范围、破产管理人、重整、清偿顺序等作了明确规定,为我国市场经济的完善和市场制度的建立提供了重要的法律保障,对我国社会主义市场经济法律体系的构建将产生深远的影响.我们应不断地更新和完善这部法律,使之更好地适应我国经济社会发展的实际.

| Abstract: | The new Enterprise Bankrupt Law will come into force on June 1,2007.It is a symbolic law in the process of economic system reform of our country,which aims to make many new innovations and breakthroughs in its notion and systems.This article emphatically makes a preliminary analysis of its systems such as probation limits,bankrupt administrative personnel,readjustment and paying-off sequences. |
