双创背景下创业环境对大学生创业胜任力的影响研究

在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,本研究运用结构方程模型研究创业环境对大学生创业胜任力的影响。研究结果表明：心理资本在创业环境对大学生创业胜任力的作用路径中发挥部分中介作用。大学生创业群体对创业政策环境和感知环境的认知,能够增强创业者的自信心和成功感,提升大学生创业群体的心理资本,然而积极的心理状态在一定程度上可以预测更高的创业胜任力。这为深入研究创业环境对创业胜任力的作用机制提供了重要的启发和基础。

Research on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Environment on College Students Entrepreneurial Competence under the Background of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

This study uses structural equation modeling to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial competency of college students under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. The results indicate that psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the effect of the entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial competence of college students. College student entrepreneurs perception and cognition of the policy environment and the perceived environment can enhance their self-confidence and sense of success, thus improving their psychological capital. However, a positive mental state can, to a certain extent, predict a higher level of entrepreneurial competence. This provides significant insights and a foundation for further research into the mechanism of how the entrepreneurial environment affects entrepreneurial competence.
