| Abstract: | Project costs should be controlled effectively during construction stage in order to achieve less investment,higher speed,best quality and efficiency.To achieve these,emphasis should be laid on construction bidding and tender,verification of construction lists and offer.Meanwhile,more attention should be paid to project cost management and settlement upon the completion of the construction. |
