| 摘 要： | 本文论述了心理健康的重要性；对联合国卫生组织对健康下的定义、许多专家学者对心理健康下的定义进行了介绍，分析；对心理健康判别的标准、心理健康常态分布进行了阐述；着重介绍了人本主义心理学家们的心理健康的标准，提出了自己的探讨理论和观察所得。

| Abstract: | The authors sfress the impovtance of mental health,introduce and analyse the definitions of concept mental health given by WHO and other scholars The also comment on the standards for judging mental health made by humanistic psycholgists and expound normal distribution of mental health Finally the authors put forward their own empirical observations and theovetical conclusions. |
