| 摘 要： | 本文以不同品种葡萄枝条为试材,经不同低温处理,测其电阻,分析电阻值变化规律与葡萄抗寒力的相关性,并用二次方程式结合冻害指数确定出不同葡萄品种细胞膜的致害、冻害和致死临界温度。此法确认葡萄的抗寒力与实际抗寒力一致。

| Abstract: | In this paper the grape vines of different breeds are studied. Those vines are put in different low temperatures to measure their resistance. The relationship between the resistance and grape hardimess is analyzed, and the critical temperature of harm, freezing injury and death of different grape cell membranes is determined with quadratic equation and the freezing injury indexes. The hardiness obtained by this method is the same as the natural hardiness. |
