| 摘 要： | 在加快建设国家新能源科技城的背景下,新余市的城市化进程必然加速。同时,城市化也是新余市现代化进程中的一个重要的社会结构转换过程。但城市化整体水平低、城市化滞后于工业化,已经成为新余市经济社会发展的严重制约因素。针对新余市城市化的具体状况和存在的问题,从教育、城乡一体化、社会保障等方面,给出了城市化的相关对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Urbanization of Xinyu City will be sped up based on constructing the national new energy technology quickly.Meanwhile,urbanization in the city＇s modernization process is an important social structure of the conversion.The author of this paper has discussed how escalate the urbanization process with the national new energy program to facilitate it. |
