| 摘 要： | 在文献研究的基础上,抽象出创新型企业的概念模型,从企业目标、产品工艺、研发机构、流程、管理、文化等方面提出创新型企业的标准,界定创新型企业的内涵,对上海6家创新型企业进行评价与分析,并从政府层面、企业层面提出创新型企业的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Based on literature research,the paper abstracted the conceptual model of innovative enterprises,put forward criterion of innovative enterprises from six aspects of enterprise target,product technology,R&D institution,Process,management and culture. The paper defined meaning of innovative enterprises,estimated and analyzed six innovative enterprises in Shanghai and put forward the development countermeasures of innovative enterprises at the governmental level and enterprise level. |
