| 摘 要： | 经济时代给广大高校知识女性带来了发展契机,观念的更新、广阔社会空间的提供为妇女全面提高素质创造了条件,同时它也向知识女性提出了严峻挑战:传统的束缚、自身生理和心理的制约等限制了女性的全面发展.文章分析了知识女性可持续发展的障碍,并就帮助、鼓励和支持女性得到可持续发展提出了若干对策.
