翻译能力与翻译教学(英文)

Through an analysis of the features of Translation Teaching(TT) of China,the author tries to propose a new viewpoint on Translation Competence(TC).Traditionally,the TC focuses on practical TC.To the author translation teaching should put stress on not only practical TC of students,as they do now,but also on their theoretical TC.
