硅藻土作包裹剂的缓释复合肥的研制

摘    要:主要研究了以硅藻土作包裹剂的N、P、K有机肥的多元长效缓释复合肥。首先以尿素、有机肥、腐殖酸、氨化普钙,硫酸钾、硅藻土为原料,初步计算出N:P:K=7.0:7.0:7.0的理论配方比;然后以氨化普钙中的含磷量为依据,计算出所需各种原料的用量;最后将一定量的各种原料混合均匀后,烘干、挤压成型就得到缓释复合肥。结果表明:该缓释复合肥是一种操作简便,配方合理,生产成本低,缓释性能良好的新型高效肥料。

Abstract:A slow release organic complex fertilizer wrapt with diatomite was studied. First, the proportion of N : P : K was calculated out equaling 7.0 : 7.0 : 7.0 after urea, organic fertilizer, humic acid, calcium dihydrogenphosphate ammoniate, potassium sulfate and diatomite used for raw materials. Second, the quantities of the raw materials were calculated out according to the phosphorus in the calcium dihydrogenphosphate ammoniate. Finally, the slow release fertilizer wrapt with diatomite was prepared by mixing the six raw materials, and the mixture was dried and shaped. The results show that the slow release fertilizer has good slow release effect, simple process for its production , reasonable proportion and low cost of product.
