TBM施工中通风和散热问题的研究

摘    要:针对TBM施工中的通风和散热问题进行研究,分析了风管安装中的风管漏风量及常用典型漏风计算公式,并运用热贯流系数概念推导出冷水输送温度和管道长度的连续函数关系式,确定出工作面的供水温度。结合超长遂洞TBM施工通风和降温实例,利用FORTRAN语言编制了计算机程序,能够较准确、快速的解算施工中的通风和降温问题。

Abstract:The ventilation and heat elimination in the TBM construction are studied in this paper.By considering the duct fixing and the leakage of duct,several widely adopted duct leakage formulas were compared and discussed.With the theory of heat perforation,the function relationship between the temperature of the water and the distance of the pipe was obtained,then the water temperature could be simply calculated.A program for those extra-long tunnels,the ventilation and heat elimination during the TBM construction was complied with FORTRAN in the paper,and it could solve the problem accurately and rapidly.
