| 摘 要： | 通过对银川市西夏区社会经济状况和市场现状进行调查分析，并对西夏区和兴庆区房地产业发展状况作以比较，指出了西夏区房地产业发展存在的问题，进而提出了推动西夏区房地产业市场进一步发展的几点建议：政府要给予政策方面的支持；加快基础设施建设；加快教育产业的发展；完善房地产业中介机构；大力发展第三产业．

| Abstract: | To compare with the present conditions of real estate market between Xixia district and Xingqing district, and based mainly on the investigation and analysis of its economic situation, many problems existed are pointed out, and then some suggestions are put forward for its development in Xixia district, such as to lay down some relevant policies for improving the local education and to perfect the organization of intermediary service, etc. |
