汽车热交换器用铝合金钎焊带包覆率范围的确定

摘    要:设计并制备了几种不同包覆率的3层复合铝合金钎焊带材,检测了每种带材在正常钎焊条件下的抗下垂性能,从铝合金钎焊带抗下垂的能力和填充缝隙的能力2个方面对包覆率的选择进行了分析与讨论,以厚度为0.16mm的A4343/A3003/A4343铝合金钎焊带为例,得出其最佳包覆率范围是10%~16%.该方法可推广到其它厚度和材质的铝合金钎焊带中,确定它们的最佳包覆率范围.

Abstract:Seven samples of sandwich aluminum alloy brazing sheet with different clad ratios are designed and prepared. The sag resistance of each sample is inspected under the brazing condition. According to the requirements about both sag resistance and clearance filling ability, how to choose the suitable clad ratio is discussed. It is concluded that the optimum clad ratio of 0.16 mm A4343/A3003/A4343 brazing sheet is 10% to 16%. It is expected that the method here can be applied to brazing sheets of different thickness and composition.
