小学英语教师培训的思考

摘    要:2001年起我国在小学从三年级起普遍开设了英语课。由于我国小学英语教学起步较晚,底子薄,大面积地在小学开设英语课在英语师资配备上出现了很多问题,不少地方为了在小学开设英语课,选派了一些非英语专业毕业的教师经过短期培训,转岗担任英语课。本文就小学英语教师在培训中存在的问题进行分析,提出在师资培训中应注意的几个问题并就小学英语教师的选派上提出了一些看法。

Abstract:Since 2001,English has been taught from grade three of elementary school in most parts of China. Because, in China, English was not taught in elementary school until recent years, and there will not be enough English teachers if English is taught in most of elementary schools. In order to solve this problem, the administrators of some elementary schools choose some non- English- major teachers to take short- term professional training and then play the role of English teacher.After analyzing the problems of the teacher training in Longyan City, we point out some aspects that should be paid greater attention to in the training and give suggestions in the choice of English teachers who are going to teach in elementary schools.
