摘    要:在对图像处理识别技术的研究基础上,应用动态投影技术设计了闯红灯抓拍系统.根据视频检测线上的RGB灰度变化,用灰度差阈值完成识别.主要采用了和背景变化相对应的背景刷新技术,保证了背景信号的真实性,可很好地完成车辆识别.同时完成了系统中前端检测控制器的硬件电路设计及软件实现.实验证明,该系统具有相当的实用性.

Abstract:On the basis of research of image recognition and process, a video enforcement system for cars running red light was designed with dynamic projection technology. In this system,recognition was achieved by threshold of the difference of gray scales according to RGB gray scale variation of a video detector. The background refreshing technology was adopted corresponding to variation of background, so as to guarantee the reality of the background signal and perform vehicle recognition well. At the same time, the design of hardware circuit and software of front detector controller were completed. Experiements prove that this system has good practicality.
