摘    要:基于LabVIEW开发平台,采用多传感器技术设计多点温度监测系统,并采用GPRS传输监测数据.对多个数字温度传感器DS18B20采用多传感器数据融合技术降低数据冗余,提高数据可靠性;温度控制采用Fuzzy控制器与PID控制器并行工作的策略.结果表明,基于这一方法设计的系统,在实现系统精确控温的同时,具有高可靠性.另外,使用虚拟仪器技术,使系统测控品质实时可视.

Abstract:On the LabVIEW development platform,a multi-point temperature monitoring system is designed using multi-sensor,and GPRS data transmission method is used to monitor the data.For the multi-temperature sensor DS18B20 in temperature measurement system,a multi-sensor data fusion algorithm is used to reduce data redundancy and improve data reliability.With temperature control,the fuzzy controller and the PID controller work in parallel.The results indicate that the controller has a perfect dynamic and static response performance,and has high reliability.Besides,the virtual technology makes the system monitoring quality visible.
