摘    要:阐述推导Ordered Bi Bi机制速度方程的新方法:(1)引入新的公因子:1/coefAB;(2)V1、V2分别以V1=num1/coefAB[E0]、V2=num2/coefPQ[E0]的形式代入推导过程;(3)不需要引用Haldane方程化简。

Abstract:A new method on the deduction of rate equation for Ordered Bi Bi mechanism has been introduced in this paper:(1) A new common factor (1/coef_(AB))has been used in the deduction;(2) New forms (V_1=num_1coef_(AB)[E_0]and V_2=num_2coef_(PQ)[E_0])have been taken here instead of old enzyme kinetic constants (V_1=num_1coef_(AB) and V_2=num_2coef_(PQ)) in the deducing procedure. (3) According to this new method,there is no need to take the Haldane equation for the simplification of the deduction as we usually use.
