摘    要:本文以微核测定研究湘江底泥铜含量对鱼类血细胞的毒性作用。结果表明用铜处理3个月的第四组鳙鱼的总微核率与对照组有显著差别,即第四组鳙鱼血细胞核染色体有显著的损伤。

Abstract:The present paper is dealing with the pernicious effects on the blood cells ofthe fishes poisoned by copper in the base mud of the Xiang River.The result of our experiment showed that ofter having poisoned by copperfor three months the chvomosomes in the blood cells of the fourth group of thebig head carp were obviouly damaged,and the total micronucleus rate of bloodcells of the big head carp was simultaneously increasing with the tretment oftime and the doses of poison.
