几种甘薯淀粉加工机械的性能分析

摘    要:利用正交试验分析了影响甘薯淀粉提取率的因素,同时分析了三种常用甘薯淀粉加工机械的四个性能指标,即生产率、度电生产率、耗水量和淀粉提取率。结果表明,对淀粉提取率影响最大的为机械因素(r=7.32);薯豆磨浆分离机在分析的性能指标中有三项居第一位,是目前较理想的甘薯淀粉加工机械。

Abstract:This experiment analyzed the factors which influenced the extracting rate of sweetpotato starch by orthogonal test,and also analyzed four performance indexes of three com-mon processing machines ,namely ,productivity, productivity within one unit of electrici-ty. water consumption and extracting rate of sweet potato starch.The result indicated thatthe biggest influencial factor was from machin(r=7.32).Of the three kinds of ma-chines. potatobeans abrasive slurry separator had three best items in analytical performanceindexes,which was considered an ideal processing machine to extract sweet potato starch atpresent.
