摘 要: | 该文讨论了在弱光反馈的情形下,自混合干涉对增益耦合(GC)型分布反馈激光器(DFB)线宽的影响。根据自混合干涉的理论模型,进行了理论分析及数据仿真。研究的成果有助与降低光噪音,可被应用与激光器线宽的压榨及频率的调制。

Abstract: | In the paper, the effects of Self - Mixing interference on the linewidth in gain - coupled dis- tributed - feedback lasers are analyzed. Under the condition of weak feedback, the theory of the self - mixing effect has been analyzed and made some simulation analysis at different conditions. The principle can be used to analyze the expression of linewidth. |
