| 摘 要： | 本文研究了工业在西安经济发展中的作用,通过时间序列分析和聚类分析的方法,对西安工业经济效益状况从纵、横向进行了分析比较,应用经济增长模型,对科技进步在西安工业发展中的作用,进行了定量分析研究,从改革科研管理体制、转换企业经营机制、转变政府工作职能、完善科技成果转化的中介环节,以及进一步解放思想、转变观念等方面,探讨了发挥西安科技优势、提高工业经济效益、加快经济发展的途径。

| Abstract: | The paper identines the industrial influence upon economic development and makes a detailed cross analysis of the industrial cconomic situation in Xian. With the applica- tion of the model of economic growth and the quantitation analysis, this paper devotes a deep study of how to exploit the scienific and technological superiority in an effort to raise the profit of the industrial eeonomy and pick up the speed of the economic development. |
