气动比例阀控系统摩擦力补偿及仿真研究

摘    要:气动比例位置控制系统中,摩擦力是影响其定位精度的一个关键因素。采用在控制信号的变化率方向上叠加低幅高频脉冲信号的方法,运用BP网络自学习功能在线调整信号幅值,解决了由比例阀和无杆气缸的摩擦力引起的系统定位精度的问题。仿真结果证明该方法是有效的。

Abstract:In pneumatic proportional position control system, the friction force is a key factor affected the accuracy of its positioning. In this paper, the method of superposing the pulse signal with narrow range and high frequency onto the original control signal in the direction of variation rate is introduced to solve this problem, adjusting the range value of the signal online by using the self-learning function of the BP network, The simulation results prove that the method is effective.
