| 摘 要： | 针对五批40CrH钢棒相邻部份，由北满特钢及长春第一汽车制造厂共同取样进行末端淬透性试验，试验结果表明相邻试样的试验结果基本一致，认为以前两单位检验结果差异主要是化学成分(C，Mn，Cr)偏析造成的．

| Abstract: | Beiman Special Steel Share Limited Company and Chan gchun No.1 Automobile Manufacturing Factory took samples on the adjacent parts of 5 batches of 40CrH steel bars and carried out the hardenability test. The results indicated that the experimental results of the adjacent samples almo st agreed with each other. It can be thought that the difference between the primary experimental results made by the two units is caused by the segregation of chemical compositions (C, Mn and Cr). |
