| 摘 要： | 科技资源全球化配置与重组,跨国公司R&D国际化程度越来越高,一个有效盍的国家创新体系能够支持企业的国际竞争中获胜。国家创新体系成为企业获取创新资源的有效组织形式。为使国家创新体系良好动作,形成耗散结构是其理想状态。国家创新体系的开放性、远离平衡态和系统内各要素的非线性作用,表明国家创新体系具备形成耗散结构的基本条件。在国家创新体系形成耗散结构的过程中,需要管理好表征系统有序的熵,减少熵产生和通过R&D国际化引进负熵流可以使国家创新体系向更加有序的方向发展。

| Abstract: | As the technological resource flow and regroup around the earth,as well as the increasing degree or MIC R&D intrnationalization,national innovation system is a crucial organization to support local firms to compete in international markdt.Based on dissipative structure theory,this paper analyses the change of entropy in national innovation system.Finally,some suggestions of reducing entropy producer in system and using R&D intemalization as negative entropy into system are proposed. |
